Rebecca is a lecturer, writer, playwright and director. 
She’s held roles at Nexus Arts, Carclew, Adelaide Fringe, Metro Arts, the Australian Theatre Forum, No Strings Attached Theatre, Backbone Youth Arts and Canberra Youth Theatre. She's also worked as a communications professional at the University of Sydney and the Federal Department of Communications, IT and the Arts, and been an arts journalist for a range of publications, including ArtsHub, The Brag, Muse and Lowdown magazines. 
As a writer and theatre maker, Rebecca has had her work presented at the Adelaide Festival Centre, Theatreworks, This is Not Art, Metro Arts, Format Festival, Brisbane Festival, Queensland Theatre Company, Vitalstatistix, Rumpus, FELTspace Gallery and the Adelaide Fringe. Her play Drive is published by Australian Plays Transform and she’s been shortlisted for the Jill Blewett Playwright’s Award (2024) for her play Hits and the State Library SA Fellowship (2025). She won HotHouse Theatre's monologue competition (2015). 
Rebecca lectures in communications and media at UniSA.
Qualifications 
Graduate Diploma in Professional Communication - Professional Writing - University of Canberra
Bachelor of Arts - majoring in English Literature and Performance Studies - University of Sydney
Grants + Funding panels
Rebecca has received funding for both her arts practice and for organisations from Arts South Australia, Arts Queensland, ArtsACT, Adelaide City Council, Adelaide Fringe, Country Arts SA, Creative Australia's Plus 1 campaign and the Adès Family Foundation. She's been a peer assessment panelist for Creative Australia, Arts South Australia, Australian Plays Transform and the Helpmann Academy.
