Dr Rashmi Baid is a dedicated PhD student trained in Obstetrics, Gynaecology and Reproductive medicine. Her research has focused on improving maternal health and reproduction including gestational diabetes, infertility, recurrent pregnancy loss, oocyte cryopreservation and advancements in fertility treatments, aiming to improve patient care. Skilled obstetrician and gynaecologist trained at a high-volume centre in East India. Completed a comprehensive program with clinical and research components. Expertise in research methodology and successful completion of a thesis. Proficient in evaluating patients, managing care, and performing surgeries. Experience in teaching and training obstetrics-gynaecology residents. Collaborated with diverse medical professionals to resolve complex cases. Exceptional organizational and communication skills. She has been involved in cutting-edge research exploring various aspects of reproductive health, including fertility preservation, ovulation induction protocols, assisted reproductive technologies (ART), and hormonal therapies. Her work focuses on improving patient outcomes through evidence-based approaches and novel therapeutic strategies. Published in reputable journals and presented at national and international forums. Trained in reproductive medicine and infertility. Currently pursuing PhD at University of Adelaide under supervision of Prof Louise Hull, Prof Sarah Robertson & Dr Lachlan Moldenhauer. Dr. Baid is investigating the relationship between the metabolic and immune systems in women with recurrent pregnancy loss to develop targeted interventions and provide innovative solutions and evidence-based practices in reproductive health. In addition to her academic pursuits, Dr Baid is involved in several professional organizations, including ESHRE, FOGSI, ASPIRE & MOGS. With a solid background in clinical practice and research, her contribution to the scientific community includes various peer-reviewed articles, and oral presentations at national and international conferences. Her goal is to bridge the gap between research and clinical practice to ultimately enhance patient care and advance the field of reproductive medicine.
