Rasha Hamra Charrouf is a Ph.D. student based within the Lifelong Health Theme at SAHMRI. Her main focus is on lifestyle strategies to improve health and prevent disease. Her Ph.D. project mainly focuses on time restricted eating as a strategy to improve cardiometabolic health and prevent type 2 diabetes.
