Currently working as a Post Doctoral Researcher to manage industrial projects. I have more than 2 decade of experience in managing industrial projects. Experience in product development, research and development, production management and quality assurance.

Currently working a Post Doctoral Research Fellow handling industrial projects for the fertilizer industry. My research is focused on the development of environmentally friendly hydrophobic, nutrient rich and abrasion resistant coating materials for fertilizer granules to resist moisture and reduce nutrient release rate. Other research interests include development of polymer/graphene and concreate/graphene composites for mining and construction industries. Broad experience and interest in graphene synthesis using sustainable methods and wide range of characterization. Industrial research experience in development of natural and synthetic rubber composites for tire, railways, construction and household industries.
