
Priyanka Multani

Priyanka is a Project Officer with the School of Public Health, currently working on a study that aims to present evidence-based strategies to operationalise One Health in Australia. She is passionate about chronic disease prevention, policy and advocacy, commercial determinants of health, oral health promotion, and one health. Priyanka holds a Bachelor's degree in Dental Surgery, a Master's degree in Public Health, and has previously worked as a research associate at the Australian Research Centre for Population Oral Health and the School of Public Health. She has also worked on a study analysing the Australian tobacco policy and assessing its compliance with the WHO Framework Convention on Tobacco Control, as a part of her MPH.
In addition to her research responsibilities, Priyanka is actively involved in teaching undergraduate and postgraduate public health courses at the University of Adelaide. She is passionate about fostering curiosity and enhancing student learning experiences. She is currently an active member of the Public Health Association Australia (PHAA) SA Branch Executive Committee and the South Australian Youth Advisory Committee at Redcross.
