Phoebe Lake is an Online Course Facilitator for the Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting) and has responsibility for leading the development and delivery of online teaching for UniSA Online students. Her role involves working closely with UniSA staff to provide high-quality online teaching to undergraduate students and coordinating the day-to-day activities. She has been teaching in tertiary education since 2008.
Throughout Phoebe's accounting career she's had a strong interest in technology advancements and believes the application of traditional teaching philosophies and standards within a dynamic and innovative learning environment is the future of education. Her approach focuses on encouraging students to actively engage in activities to get the most out of their education and develop the valuable skills that are increasingly important in the online world and their careers.
Phoebe has more than 10 years of experience in accounting practice. She has worked in various industries as an accountant, including accounting and finance, medical, and entertainment, specialising in taxation and financial accounting.
