Peter Koulizos is the Program Director of the Master of Property. As a lecturer, Peter Koulizos teaches in a number of Property courses; Development and Construction, Development Studio, Property Dissertation.
Peter Koulizos holds a Bachelor of Education, Graduate Diploma in Property, Master of Business (Property) and Master of Urban and Regional Planning. Peter Koulizos' current research focuses on a number areas; gentrification, residential property markets and property development.
Peter has published two books titled "Top Australian Suburbs" and "Property vs Shares" (Wiley). He is currently working on his third book which deals with small scale residential property development.
Peter brings more than 20 years of experience in the teaching of property and/or investment to the University of Adelaide.
