Peter Koulizos is an Adjunct Senior Fellow in the Australian Centre for Housing Research. He recently retired as the Program Director of the Master of Property at The University of Adelaide. Peter Koulizos holds a Bachelor of Education, Master of Business (Property) and Master of Urban and Regional Planning. Peter Koulizos' current research focuses on a number areas; gentrification, residential property markets and property development.Peter has published three books; "Top Australian Suburbs", "Property vs Shares" and "The Diary of a Small Developer".Peter brings more than 30 years of experience in research/teaching of property and/or investment to Adelaide University
