Olly is the Business Manager at CERM PI, responsible for coordinating the research team's projects and partners, and supporting the staff. His background includes managing diverse teams in the fitness, sports, hospitality, and tourism sectors. Beyond general management, Olly focuses on cultivating new partnerships and identifying fresh and innovative projects including a recent recognition and reward practices research project working with 25 Local Government Associations throughout the country.
Besides projects related to human resources Olly has a special interest in benchmarking customer service quality, operational management and placemaking practices, coordinating continued commercial projects across these domains.
