Olga is Associate Head of School (International) and program coordinator for postgraduate and undergraduate International Business and International Management programs at the Adelaide Business School. She teaches MBA and other postgraduate courses. Her areas of expertise integrate Cross-Cultural Management, Entrepreneurship and International Business. Olga's past research looked at the internationalisation of small and medium-sized enterprises, entrepreneurship education and training, management of cultural diversity, and psychological dimensions of international entrepreneurship. Her current interest is the application of mindfulness in the workplace and the design and delivery of mindfulness-based transformative learning programs. Before commencing her academic career, Olga worked in the industry. She maintains links with the business community, acting as a consultant to small and medium-sized enterprises in Europe and Australia and the Enterprise Development Section of the International Labour Organisation. Her professional expertise is complemented by the experience of working and living in France, Italy, the UK, Singapore, China (Mainland and Hong Kong), Russia and Armenia.
