Nina is a current MPhil candidate (Chemical Sciences) at Adelaide University under the supervision of A/ Prof. Tak W. Kee. and A/ Prof. David M. Huang. Prior to commencing her MPhil in 2025, Nina completed a Bachelor of Science majoring in Pure and Applied Chemistry at the University of Adelaide in 2024. Her research interests include physical chemistry, spectroscopy, organic semiconductors, singlet fission and kinetic modelling of spectroscopic data. Nina's current research is focusing on energy-gradient-driven singlet fission as a strategy for increasing the efficiency of solar cells, using ultrafast time-resolved spectroscopy to study the dynamics of excited states in organic semiconducting nanoparticles.
