My research focused on the soluble production of bacterial derived chimeric virus-like-particles (VLPs), using Hepatitis B core as carrier to present foreign epitopes. I am farmiliar with statistical approach, including factorial experiment design and response surface model, which is used to study the effects of process parameters on the production yield.
I have special interests in protein expression and induction strategy.
