Dr. Nam Nguyen is a Professor of systems thinking and complexity management, with over 20 years of experience teaching, research, consulting, and organisational transformation across Australia, Asia, Africa and Europe.
He is also an Honorary Professor at Stanley College, a Visiting A/Professor at Adelaide University School of Management and a Vice President of the International Federation for System Research (IFSR, Vienna).
Nam has held several management and leadership roles, currently serving as Director, Kensington Park Solutions (KPS, Adelaide), former Director R&D, International Centre for Complex Project Management (ICCPM, Canberra), former Director Australia and Southeast Asia, Malik Management Group (Malik, St. Gallen, Switzerland).
Dr. Nguyen has led impactful projects with various organisations such as DFAT, Boeing Defence Australia, Viettel Group, Allianz, and Volkswagen. He is also a co-creator of the Evolutionary Learning Laboratory (ELLab) framework, recognised by UNESCO and applied globally for sustainable development. His expertise spans systems thinking, strategy design, decision-support systems, and executive education, making him a trusted advisor for organisations pursuing innovation and transformation.​
A prolific scholar and educator, Dr. Nguyen has authored over 100 publications, including 22 A-ranked journal articles, and has received numerous accolades such as the prestigious 2011 Davos Australian Leadership Award and multiple teaching and research excellence awards.
Nam lives in Adelaide and loves travelling, hiking, playing tennis and golf.

Nam has taught various courses (formal teaching) for the undergraduate and postgrad programs at the University of Queensland; undergraduate and MBA programs at the University of Adelaide (in Australia and Singapore campuses); MBA programs in Australia, Dubai and Singapore, Victorian Institute of Technology; postgraduate programs, Torrens University Australia; Graduate School of Systems Design and Management (SDM), Keio University, Japan; MBA program, FPT Business School, Vietnam. He has also coordinated the revolutionary educational Ecopolicy programs (informal teaching) in high schools and universities in Australia and Vietnam.

In recent years, Nam has been designing and delivering executive and ‘customised’ training programs in systems thinking, complexity management, ICCPM courses, and the unique Malik Management Systems for various public / private organisations in different countries.
