Mohamad Ali is a Ph.D. student at the School of Business. He holds an MBA in Technology and Operations and a B.S. in Business – Information Technology Management, both from the Lebanese American University. He was a member of the Lebanese American University Institutional Review Board, in which he shared his input to research proposals from a legal and ethical perspective for any research to be conducted at the university or any of its affiliated hospitals/centers.
He has several peer-refereed journal and conference publications. Also, he won the Best Paper Award in the Master Thesis Competition at an International Conference held in Brazil. His research focuses on subjects within the manufacturing industry, such as Industry 4.0, flexibility, agility, lean manufacturing, and sustainability.
Mohamad Ali worked at Deloitte as an IT Specialist in Audit, Assurance, and Analytics. He was recognized as a high performer during his tenure at Deloitte, and he was double promoted during his first year.
