Mohamad Ali is a Ph.D. researcher at the Adelaide Business School. He holds an MBA in Technology and Operations and a B.S. in Business – Information Technology Management from the Lebanese American University. He has published several peer-reviewed journal articles and conference papers in the areas of digital transformation, Industry 4.0, lean practices, and operations management. His research examines how technological and organisational capabilities interact to enable digital transformation, improve operational performance, and shape stakeholder-driven change, particularly in e-commerce and contemporary operations settings. Prior to his doctoral studies, he worked at Deloitte as an IT Specialist in Audit, Assurance, and Analytics.
