Hello! I am a PhD candidate at SAiGENCI under the supervision of Professor Lan Nguyen, Dr Shanice Mah and Dr Anthony Hart. I completed a Bachelor and Honours in applied mathematical sciences from UniSA. Through my Honours degree, I developed reaction-diffusion PDE models to understand population biology behaviours and created a numerical framework to assist solving new and existing models.
My PhD research is part of Computational Systems Oncology Program at SAiGENCI. I aim to integrate and develop mechanistic multiscale models to understand tumour-intrinsic effects of CDK4/6 inhibitors. These data validated models will be extended to explore and understand dose, timing, and combination therapy scenarios in silico.
I am also a tutor/workshop demonstrator in the School of Mathematical Sciences.
