Mark is the inaugural lecturer of lived experience in mental health within the School of Nursing and Midwifery. His work aims to promote the values of consumer perspective and experience, recovery and person centred care.  He also seeks to promote lived experince inclusion and leadership in research projects, encouraging recognition and growth of the contribution that lived experience offers, as well as the growth of the peer workforce.  Marks background includes professional experience as a advocate and educator in community mental health, as well as consumer and community engagement.
The position of Lecturer; lived experience was originally co-funded via partnership between Mind Australia Ltd and UniSA.
