Dr Marianne Gillam is a health service researcher and a medical specialist in public health medicine.
In the Department of Rural Health (DRH) she undertakes research focused on the health workforce in regional and remote Australia and improvements in the health and wellbeing of these communities.
Dr Gillam is an expert in medical device epidemiology, currently leading a NHMRC funded grant with the aim of improving the safety of medical devices through the use of novel statistical methods applied to existing data sources.
