Mahnaz Reisian hold a master’s degree in nutrition science, completed in 2019 at Iran University of Medical Sciences. Her master’s thesis focused on the impact of probiotics on Generalized Anxiety Disorder, reflecting her early interest in the relationship between nutrition and mental health. In 2024, she commenced her PhD at the University of Adelaide, where her research explores how nutrition influences brain connectivity, mood, cognition, and gastrointestinal symptoms. Mahnaz goal is to better understand the interplay between diet, the brain, and gut health to inform targeted strategies for improving mental and physical well-being
