I hold a master’s degree in nutrition science, completed in 2019 at Iran University of Medical Sciences. My master’s thesis focused on the impact of probiotics on Generalized Anxiety Disorder, reflecting my early interest in the relationship between nutrition and mental health. In 2024, I commenced my PhD at the University of Adelaide, where my research explores how nutrition influences brain connectivity, mood, cognition, and gastrointestinal symptoms. My goal is to better understand the interplay between diet, the brain, and gut health to inform targeted strategies for improving mental and physical well-being
