Louise is a current PhD student in the Wine Microbiology and Microbial Biotechnology Lab under supervision of Professor Vladimir Jiranek, Professor James G. Mitchell (Flinders University), Doctor Joanna Sundstrom and Doctor Krista Sumby. Louise's project involves exploration of yeast-bacteria communication during wine making using a range of complex molecular and computational techniques.
