I work with the MBA team within the Adelaide Business School as the MBA Online Director and Course Coordinator for the Fundamentals of Leadership in the Executive MBA.

My consulting practice partners with organisations to strengthen their business capability and effectiveness across strategic planning and execution, organisational structure and behaviour, governance structure and leadership, operational capability, stakeholder alignment and engagement, transformation projects, and team professional development.

My research aims to identify if corporate boards consider the workforce in the process of strategic decision making. One of the key roles of boards is to strategically plan the growth in value of the organisation, and employees (the workforce) are key stakeholders in organisations and in creating this value.
