Lira Souza Gonzaga is a PhD candidate, in the ARC Training Centre for Innovative Wine Production, at the University of Adelaide. Her current research is aiming to defining and explore sensory attributes linked to the typicity of each wine producing regions in Australia with a focus on Cabernet Sauvignon.
