I was a medical doctor and young researcher in endocrinology and sleep medicine in China. Currently, I am a PhD early career researcher in nutrition and metabolism at The University of Adelaide.
My research focuses on diet pattern and obesity, circadian rhythms, sleep and breath disorders and endocrinology diseases. I have a particular interest in understanding how time-restricted eating restores circadian rhythms to improve metabolic health.
My research was to explore the relationship among circadian rhythms, intermittent fasting/eating behavior and metabolic health.
