Dr. Leonie Hallo is a registered psychologist and has practised in clinical and counselling psychology, specializing in stress and depression management, hypnosis, coping with cancer and workplace injuries. As a consultant, Leonie has provided psychological assessment, cognitive behaviour change, staff and customer satisfaction reporting, 360° feedback processes and executive coaching. She has been in academic life for many years, and has lectured in research methods, psychology and counselling and also supervised many doctoral students in management/business in offshore programs. She has also designed and facilitated Masters level subjects within the fields of leadership and management. Her qualifications include a PhD in psychology (Gold Star Award, University of Adelaide), Diploma of Hypnosis and Myers Briggs Accreditation. Her current research interests are in complexity management and leadership.
My research is in organisational climate and change, tourism, leadership/management, emotional intelligence, Intuition, and complexity leadership.
