I am an educator and researcher dedicated to helping people make informed decisions about medicines.
My current teaching focus is developing the new Graduate Certificate in Pharmacist Prescribing, to be offered by Adelaide University iin 2026 (pending accreditation).
My research explores the lived experience of people using medicines, and how health systems can better support effective self-management. This interest grew from my experience as a practising pharmacist in community palliative care, which inspired me to undertake a part-time PhD at Flinders University, completed in 2023.
I also have a strong interest in bioethics, clinical governance, and risk management, informed by my background in hospital pharmacy and my involvement in implementing voluntary assisted dying in South Australia.
