Lauren Mead is a full-time Research Officer in the Adelaide Medical School, Faculty of Health and Medical Sciences, at The University of Adelaide. She graduated from The University of South Australia BMedSci in 2020, and The University of South Australia MRes (Health Sciences) in 2023 investigating “The effect of nut-enriched energy restricted diets on measures of anthropometry and glucose regulation”). She has a specific interest in human nutrition and clinical trial research.
