Eligible to supervise Masters and PhD - email supervisor to discuss availability.

I research and consult on complex, industry- and government-funded projects across the resources, defence, public sector, and NGO sectors in Australia and internationally. I have led large-scale public–private initiatives as both a Program Manager and Project Manager.

My applied research focuses on complex project management, value chain and process optimisation, supply chain resilience, regional capability ecosystems, and the development of technologies for environmental remediation and critical metals recovery, with an emphasis on practical decision support for industry and government.
My expertise integrates business and engineering methods, including network analysis, Structural Equation Modelling (SEM), operations research,  and qualitative methods. I also develop software tools, frameworks, and business processes to translate research into operational outcomes.
Member of PMI, AIPM, ANZ CIPS, and EUROMA.
Board Member of the SA and NT Association for Quality.
Member of AU SIRM, FII Sustainable Mineral Processing, CWEX, and C-EDGE research centres

PhD in Project Management and Mining Engineering, and an Honours in Systems and Mechanical Engineering.

Prospective PhD students can submit a brief research proposal, relevant academic and professional experience, academic transcripts, and scholarship intentions following AU guidelines.
