His research interests are international business, cultural management, 关系 guanxi (Chinese business culture), China-Australia business, service-dominant logic, social capital, and Chinese diaspora entrepreneurship. Fluent in mandarin with 10 years experience living, working, and studying in China, Kym uses this to deliver unique perspectives in his research and consulting work.
