Ms Kelsey Sharrad
Higher Degree by Research Candidate
School of Medicine
College of Health
I am an early career researcher with approximately 4.5 years (FTE) research opportunity, and approximately 14 years’ experience working in the field of health research. My work currently focuses on tobacco control, respiratory medicine, behavioural science, and health services research, with a strong focus on generating evidence that informs policy and practice. My long-term goal is to lead translational research that bridges the gap between evidence generation and implementation in healthcare and health policy. I am particularly passionate about ensuring that public health and health policy interventions are accessible, equitable, and tailored to priority populations.
