Miss Katelyn Harris

Katelyn is a PhD candidate and tutor in marketing at the University of Adelaide Business School. She graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce with a major in Marketing at the University of Adelaide in 2018 and with a first-class Honours degree also in Marketing in 2019. Her research interests focus on Extraordinary Customer Experiences and how they can lead to positive outcomes for individual consumers, brands, as well as society.
Katelyn's teaching experience includes tutoring for various courses including 'Digital Media in Business', 'Service Design and Marketing', and 'Introduction to Marketing'; as well as a guest lecturing for 'Introduction to Marketing'.
With no only an interest in academia, Katelyn has experience marketing within various roles and organisations, gaining experience in digital marketing and content marketing predominantly.
