I am an early career researcher at the University of Adelaide and an Accredited Practising Dietitian. My research focuses on translational health by conducting nutrition interventions in obesity management, type 2 diabetes prevention and gestational diabetes management. I am also interested in using qualitative research methods to study participants’ perspective to promote consumers engagement that may inform dietetics practice.
