In my position as an academic researcher at FH Münster University of Applied Sciences, I am holding the following teaching and supervision activities in Münster:
Creativity and Innovation Management
- This course aims at developing creativity and innovation skills in bachelor students.
- Within the course, students learn about theoretical foundations of creativity and innovation and work on their own innovation challenge by applying the Design Thinking methodology in an international team.

International Business Projects
- This course is a project work in collaboration with industry partners.
- Within the course, I am supervising a group of bachelor and master students working on a project given by the collaboration partner. The project usually involves a specific task given by the industry partner. Students investigate the task by conducting scientific research and presenting the results and recommendations to the industry partner.
Research Seminar
- The research seminar is a one-week intensive seminar for master students to prepare them for writing their master thesis.
- Within the seminar, the students learn about the basics of scientific work. Based on the theoretical knowledge, they are supervised in conducting a study and writing a research paper.

- I supervise transfer modules as the primary supervisor.
