Josiah Finch is a first-year Master of Research student at the School of Management, Adelaide University, under the supervision of Dr. Richa Gulati.
 
He holds a Bachelor of Business in both management + innovation and entrepreneurship. In addition, he holds a Master of Management. Both qualifications obtained from The University of South Australia.
 
His current research project focuses on the use of Artificial Intelligence in organisations.
 
He is passionate and committed to being the best learner, academic and researcher possible, is dedicated to physical fitness, and strives to have positive impacts in the world.
