.I am a PhD candidate in the Gillanders Aquatic Ecology Lab researching provenance, mislabelling and trade of shark products in Australia. I am interested in shark conservation with a focus on the shark meat ('flake') trade in Australia and identifying the species traded to further conservation efforts.
