Jimit Gandhi graduated Bachelor of Pharmacy in 2012 and then went on to complete his internship at the Royal Adelaide Hospital. He continued to work at the hospital as a rotational clinical pharmacist for 6 years within many different clinical areas. In 2016 - 2018, he provided specialised services to both the cardiology and renal transplant departments where he was also involved in research surrounding ACE inhibitor angioedema and post-transplant care.
Currently, Jimit is a senior technical suites pharmacist at the Royal Adelaide Hospital working closely with the acute pain, gastroenterology and anaesthetic departments.
With a keen interest in how practice can be linked with education, Jimit commenced a teacher-practitioner position at the University of South Australia in 2019. He is heavily involved with teaching, program development and experiential learning within the Pharmacotherapeutics Pratice and Pharmacy Practice courses.
