I am a current PhD student in the School of Public Health at Adelaide University. My research involves exploratory investigation into on-demand meal delivery apps (e.g., UberEats) with a focus on building evidence for policy interventions, including restrictions on the promotion of unhealthy foods and menu labelling to improve the digital food environment.
 
Alongside my PhD I work with the Healthy Policy Centre at SAHMRI. In this role I provide research assitance accross all programs of work within the centre, including literature review, qualitative research, and analysis for studies focussed on vaping, tobacco and ultra-processed foods.
