Jarrod is a Senior Research Consultant with the Hugo Centre for Population and Migration Studies (the 'Hugo Centre') and the Centre of Housing, Urban and Regional Planning (CHURP).

Jarrod has a Master of Science in GIS (University of Leeds) and specialises in Geographic Information Systems (GIS) related projects/initiatives.
