Jarrod is a Senior Research Consultant with the Hugo Centre for Population and Housing (the 'Hugo Centre'), specialising in Geographic Information Systems (GIS) related projects/initiatives.

Jarrod has a Master of Science in GIS (University of Leeds) and is responsible for spatial research projects undertaken through the Hugo Centre (formerly APMRC and GISCA)
