My research focuses on sustainable materials, biopolymers, and biodegradable platforms. My PhD project at Adelaide University aims to reduce waste by developing high-performance packaging materials from renewable biopolymers, which is concerned with environmental sustainability through its focus on reducing plastic waste, replacing petroleum-based materials with renewable alternatives, and supporting the transition towards a circular materials economy.

My background in chemical engineering, materials science, and nanotechnology has shaped my interest in Biomaterials, Polymer Chemistry, Surface Science, . Through my PhD, I aim to contribute to sustainable technologies that improve the performance and practical use of biodegradable materials while reducing the environmental impact of conventional plastic packaging.
