I am a PhD researcher in Offshore/Ocean Engineering focused on the hydrodynamics of subsea cables in proximity to offshore wind turbine foundations. My work investigates fluid-structure interactions and dynamic loading effects on subsea infrastructure in complex marine environments. My research combines marine hydrodynamics, structural mechanics, computational fluid dynamics, and numerical modelling to better understand cable response under waves, currents, and extreme environmental conditions. The goal is to improve reliability, performance, and long-term integrity of offshore renewable energy systems.I am particularly interested in the renewables sector and engineering solutions that support the global energy transition.
