Professor, Global Wine Business

Faculty of the Professions

My first interest is understanding how businesses and organizations can perform well in the wine industry. This underpins my research and action agenda in the areas of strategy, international business and socio economic development.
The purpose of my work is to help creating competitive advantages for any type of wine organizations operating in the sector.

Master in Management at Kedge, France and Madrid University, Spain. European Business Program. Doctoral studies in France and the US completing my PhD (Economic Geography, Bordeaux) in 1996.

I'm currently working for different wine organizations in Europe and North America and I'm also the senior advisor to the Dean at the University of British Columbia where I'm in charge of Wine development activities (programs, community engagement & regional development).
