Isma Khan is a PhD candidate in Applied Economics at UniSA Business at the University of South Australia and holds postgraduate degrees from UniSA and the University of Nottingham. Her research focuses on financial inclusion, gender wellbeing, economic development, global value chains (GVCs) and supply chain management.
Isma has worked as a lecturer and tutor in Australia and overseas for the past 5 years. She is passionate about teaching the core concepts of principles of economics, corporate finance, international financial markets and institutions, financial planning and mathematics in a fun and memorable way.
Isma has always gone above and beyond to support her students in every way possible. In her spare time, she enjoys working out, cooking healthy food and travelling.
