I am a first year PhD Candidate in the School of Psychology at the University of Adelaide.

My research investigates the impact of content moderation on the psychological wellbeing of the content moderators. I am interested in exploring the nature of clinically significant distress experienced by content moderators. Additionally, in my PhD I will be investigating the mechanisms of coping currently used by content moderators and how they can be better supported with psychological interventions.

The objective of my PhD is to enhance our comprehension of the job role stress associated with content moderation jobs and to formulate evidence-based approaches for promoting the well-being of content moderators. I am interested in exploring the amount of clinically significant distress experienced by content moderators. Additionally, understanding the mechanisms of coping currently used by content moderators and how they can be better supported with psychological interventions.

Working presently with the ARC Discovery Grant for my PhD projects.
