Mrs. Irma Dupuis Day is a Lecturer in Wine Business and Marketing at the University of Adelaide. Her key area of research lies at the intersection of marketing technology and consumer behaviour in the wine industry. Her research focuses on the impact of emerging technologies (such as blockchain traceability and smart packaging) on consumer trust and purchasing decisions and the role of marketing technologies in addressing sustainability challenges in the wine sector.

Mrs. Dupuis Day has been involved in several significant research projects, including a major initiative funded by the National Agriculture Traceability Regulatory Technology Research and Insights Grant. She has also secured a Wine Australia Research Scholarship for her PhD research on blockchain-enabled wine labels and consumer trust at the University of Newcastle. With a background as a Marketing Manager in the wine industry and degrees from the Burgundy School of Business and EM Normandie Business School, Irma brings a unique blend of industry experience and academic expertise to her research.

As an author of peer-reviewed conference proceedings and a contributor to journal articles, Mrs. Dupuis Day has presented her work at international conferences such as ANZMAC and EuroSense.
