Ilker is a Senior Lecturer in Business Analytics specialising in AI agents and human & AI collaboration. Prior to academia, he was an AIM-recognized education consultant who helped many students fulfil their academic and career aspirations. With 21 years in higher education, including 11 years as a tertiary educator, he has a strong track record of academic excellence as he has created and coordinated numerous undergraduate and graduate courses, co-designed an undergraduate program, and received 6 prestigious Teaching & Innovation Awards from top-tier universities. Ilker is the General Chair of Emerging Technologies Conference (ETC) a premier international forum for researchers, industry leaders, and innovators shaping the next generation of integrated technologies (ETC2027). Ilker uses R, Python, Json, Tableau, IBM Watson and Voiceflow for various data analytics projects and applications including but not limited to AI-led RCTs, ML classification, and AI-based chatbot development and is certified by Harvard University in Data Science and by Oxford University in E-tutoring. He is also a tennis player/coach.
