Higher Degree by Research Candidate

In the third year of my undergrad studies, I participated in a scientific competition. At that time, the competition's theme was "aging," and it was here that I was introduced to the captivating domain of cellular senescence. I won a silver medal, and the topic became a topic close to my heart and the centre point of my subsequent research. 🔬 I studied cellular senescence and memory senescence in high glucose conditions. Additionally, my investigations have extended to exploring protective agents against stem cell senescence—a quest to mitigate the aging process and unlock the secrets of immortality.🚀 Currently, I am a PhD student at the University of Adelaide, and my ambition is to continue this quest, pushing the boundaries of research in the pursuit of enhancing life quality and longevity. I am a member of lysosomal health in aging at SAHMRI under the supervision of Dr. Tim Sargeant.
