Hina Mehreen is a lecturer in International Business at the Adelaide Business School, The University of Adelaide. She completed her PhD in International Business from UTS Business School at the University of Technology Sydney, Australia. Her doctoral thesis focused on the repatriation and cross-border transfer of knowledge in multinational enterprises. Hina also. holds Master of Science in Project Management and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degrees from Comsats University in Pakistan.Her professional journey spans various industry and academic roles in Australia and Pakistan. This includes global telecommunacations and investment sector. Hina has also taught at multiple Australian universities, including the University of Technology Sydney, The University of Sydney, and Edith Cowan University.Hina's research expertise is in knowledge management, talent management (expatriation and repatriation), and International Business. Her works have been recognized and published in high-ranking journals, including International Marketing Review and International Studies of Management & Organization.Hina is an active member of the Academy of International Business, the Academy of Management, and Australia and New Zealand International Business Academy (ANZIBA). She has served as the PhD student representative for ANZIBA and organized significant academic workshops and conferences.

It converts human mechanical energy into electrical power, utilizing a 1:256 gearbox, solar tracking, and AI-driven analytics to maximize energy efficiency and promote sustainability. This project aims to reduce carbon footprints and operational costs in public infrastructures.
