I am a current MPhil candidate with the School of Communication, Media and Journalism, with an interest in how public communication is used to shape understanding, debate and action on social and environmental issues. My current project explores how organisations use communication to shape Australian energy debates. My research builds on professional experience in product and service development, including customer value creation, engagement and communications.
