I am a current MPhil candidate with the Department of Media, with an interest in how public communication is used to shape understanding, debate and action on social and environmental issues. My research builds on professional experience in product and service development, including customer value creation, engagement and communications.
My research explores how public communication can be used to drive a sustainable green transition. My current project explores how organisations use communication to shape Australian energy debates.
