I am a current MPhil candidate with the Department of Media, with an interest in how public communication is used to shape understanding, debate and action on social and environmental issues. My research builds on professional experience in product and service development, including customer value creation, engagement and communications.
My research explores the intersection of media, organisations and advocacy groups, and environmental issues including climate change and socio-ecological sustainability. My current project investigates public communication on energy resources, including an exploration of central actors, message framing, and the implications of a contested media environment.
