Dr Gosia Ludwichowska-Alluigi is a Senior Lecturer and Program Lead for a suite of fully online Business programs within the DVC Academic Portfolio at Adelaide University Online. She brings over 16 years of experience across teaching, research, and academic leadership in higher education, underpinned by a substantial professional career in the marketing industry.
Since 2019, she has led the operational delivery of fully online Business programs and multidisciplinary teaching teams, ensuring high-quality, student-centred learning experiences. Her teaching is informed by a strong research and industry background, enabling a focus on developing graduate capabilities and connecting theory with real-world application.
Gosia is an award-winning educator, committed to creating engaging and inclusive learning environments for diverse student cohorts. Her teaching philosophy is grounded in constructivist pedagogy and industry-informed experiential learning. She currently teaches Consumer Behaviour and Branding, with extensive teaching experience in both face-to-face and online settings across undergraduate, postgraduate, and MBA courses.
Gosia’s Scholarship of Teaching and Learning (SoTL) focuses on innovative industry-informed learning approaches. She has successfully secured over $45,000 in competitive grant funding to support her SoTL work and has presented her research at national and international conferences. Her contributions have been recognised through multiple institutional awards, including the 2025 UO Unstoppable Senior-Career Teaching Award and UniSA Team Commendation for enhanced learning and staff capability building.
She is actively engaged in sector leadership through mentoring academic colleagues within the ASCILITE community and leads the AU Online Learning and Teaching Club, a vibrant multidisciplinary community of practice. Gosia also serves as a Summative Peer Reviewer of Teaching and has contributed as an external reviewer for several higher education institutions, ensuring curriculum quality assurance in alignment with TEQSA requirements and sector standards.
Gosia holds a PhD in Marketing (2018) and previously worked as a Senior Marketing Scientist at the Ehrenberg-Bass Institute, contributing to industry-engaged research projects and Category 3 research income. Her research expertise spans brand performance and equity measurement, brand health tracking, and distinctive assets analysis across large-scale, multi-country studies. Her work has been published in leading journals, including the European Journal of Marketing and Journal of Business Research and presented at major international conferences such as EMAC and ANZMAC. Before her academic career, Gosia gained international marketing experience in Europe, working as a Marketing Executive for luxury brands. These combined experiences continue to inform her approach to teaching, research, and industry engagement.
