I am a game developer and PhD candidate investigating developing games for Virtual Reality. In the past, I have taken on many responsibilities when developing games across art, design, and production. However, I feel most at home as a programmer/tech artist. I grew up playing and enjoying games and love bringing that same enjoyment I felt to others through the games that I make. I play games in all forms, video games, card games, board games, miniature war games, TTRPGs and even LARP.
PhD: Embodied Recreational Terror: Synthesising Film and Game Design Knowledge into Virtual Reality Horror Realms. Supervisors: AsPr Kath Dooley, Dr Susannah Emery, Dr Josh McCarthy.
