His expertise spans leadership, strategy, consulting, and research, with a particular focus on understanding the role of identity in sustaining transgenerational entrepreneurship within the context of family business succession and Next-Gen development. By exploring how identities evolve and interact across generations, he aims to uncover the mechanisms that enable the continuity of entrepreneurial activity and innovation in business families.
