Fathima Salmah Rizvi is a PhD researcher in Construction Management at the School of Civil Engineering and Construction Management, Adelaide University. She graduated with a First-Class BSc (Hons) in 2019, gaining professional experience in the construction industry. She later served as an Assistant Lecturer advancing her experience in academia and completed a Master of Project Management at the University of South Australia. Salmah was awarded the Australian Institute of Project Management Prize in 2024, which is awarded to a student who achieves the highest Grade Point Average (GPA) upon completing their final year in the Master of Project Management and who, in the opinion of the Program Director, has performed with great distinction throughout the program. She is currently continuing her academic and research career at the Adelaide University.
