Fadilah is a multidisciplinary designer, researcher, and educator with academic degrees in product design (ITB, Indonesia). She graduated with a master's degree in the MA Creative and Cultural Entrepreneurship program at Goldsmiths, University of London, with a scholarship from the Indonesia Endowment Fund for Education (LPDP).
She spent her early career developing digital comics on Instagram and a lifestyle brand, while also working on various projects, from board games to VR and AR. Select clients, including UNESCO Jakarta and the Indonesia Heritage Society. In 2021, she served as a design consultant for the Design Clinic program at the Indonesian Ministry of Trade in Jakarta.
Before starting her PhD, she lectured in the Product Design undergraduate program at Prasetiya Mulya University, Indonesia, from 2020 to 2025. Her research interests lie in the intersection of XR/VR/AR, user experience, and virtual heritage.
Fadilah is a finalist for the Study UK Alumni Awards 2024 by the British Council and a recipient of the Enterprise Research Scholarship for her PhD study.
